Initial Design Consultation
Your design consultation takes place on site (Sydney Metro) or on Zoom. We will outline your scope of works , budget and time frame. We will chat about how we can maximise your Airbnb’s potential.

Concept development
Based on your Airbnb’s target market and location we will design your space to appeal to your audience. We will develop a personality and create an identity for your airbnb. This will leave a lasting impression and get you more booking for higher nightly rate.

Sourcing
On approval of the concept design , budget & scope of works, I will go to work to source the items you need to create your airbnb.

Product Review
We will send you an itemised list for your approval where you can either tick, reject or reselect the item.

Purchase & delivery
We will purchase the items on your behalf and send them to your desired address or House Of Hanalei collection point.

This is the fun part where we bring the design to life and add all those finishing touches your guests will love and get your those rave reviews.
